We provide Waste Manifests for all waste streams delivered to our facility
In addition to our ISO certification, we have a number of permits and
licences that have been issued by the local and national government
authorities that ensure that we recycle all waste received at our plant in Woodstock, in an environmentally responsible manner, please contact us should you require more information as it relates.
Fuel 44 began as Anglo Oil Industrial in 2005 but we later changed our name because of confusion with a similarly named larger company. We have supplied and continue to supply various industries with their energy needs which includes fishing, clothing, confectionery, laundry and dairy.
Our plant is based in Woodstock, Cape Town and we buy in oils nationally for conversion into
heating and boiler fuels. Our technical partners, Technoburn are suppliers of boilers, burners, service thereof and are available 24 hours for any technical eventuality.
In a world where non-renewable fossil fuels are being depleted much faster than new ones are being made, it is of major significance that we can take waste streams that would otherwise go to landfill and negatively impact the environment and turn these into a commercially viable product.
In 2014 we pivoted our business in response to the new laws that were being promulgated which would restrict liquid waste to landfill. In 2018, as those laws now come into effect, we now use our abilities to recycle oils to recycle contaminated oily water.
